Current Position and Past Experience
Dr. Kiron currently serves as the Associate Dean of eLearning and Information Literacy at Lackawanna College in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He has been with the College since 2015, previously serving as Director of eLearning, Academic Enrichment Planner, and Writing Center Collaborator. He also currently serves as a contractor for Instructure, serving as a facilitator for the Canvas Certified Educator (CCE) and Canvas Certified Technical Administrator (CCTA) programs.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Dr. Kiron holds a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership, with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction, from Wilkes University. He also holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Instructional Technology and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), also from Wilkes University. His Bachelor of Science (B.S) is in Cell and Molecular Biology, from Binghamton University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Outside of work, Dr. Kiron can often be found taking day trips to explore the walking trails of the beautiful state parks of Pennsylvania. As a hobbyist writer, he has an appreciation for penmanship, and has maintained an active collection of paper journals over the years. On a typical weekend, he enjoys unwinding with a good book at a local coffee shop. He also enjoys working out, reading poetry, and playing computer games.
