Current Position and Past Experience
Dr. Fabiola Riobé is the founder of Satis Sum Consulting, where she advises higher education leaders on institutional alignment, workforce integration and sustainable innovation strategy. Her work focuses on helping colleges move beyond program expansion toward structural transformation, including noncredit-to-credit pathways, employer-embedded learning models and decision-making coherence at the executive level.
Across senior leadership and national nonprofit roles, she has led initiatives in international enrollment growth, online and hybrid learning ecosystems, partnership development and cross-sector workforce collaboration. Working inside multiple institutional contexts has shaped her perspective on how colleges actually respond to pressure, opportunity and change.
