Current Position and Past Experience
Collin Callaway is Chief Operations Officer at Arkansas Community Colleges, a position she has held since October 2008. In this capacity, Callaway serves as the primary resource for the Association’s executive director and 22 member institutions for research, project management and government relations related to state-wide community college administration and policy.

Prior to joining Aransas Community Colleges, Callaway was Assistant Coordinator for Financial Aid at the Arkansas Department of Higher Education.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Collin Callaway holds an Ed.D. in Adult Learning from the University of Arkansas, an M.S.W. in Community Practice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas.
