Current Position and Past Experience
Since 2011, Armand Alacbay has served as the Vice President for Trustee and Legislative Affairs for the American Council of Trustees and Alumni (ACTA).

Before stepping into his current role, Alacbay was the Managing Director at Altastudia, an educational services company, for two years. Earlier in his career, Alcabay served as a Trial Attorney for several law firms including Hancock, Daniel, Johnson and Nagle, P.C., Barbara S. Williams, P.C., and Benjamin W. Glass, III and Associates, P.C.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Alacbay earned his BA in Economics and English from the University of Virginia and his JD from George Mason University School of Law.
