Current Position and Past Experience
Andrew Fisher is currently Vice President of Academic Affairs at NHTI's Concord Community College where he supports instructional practice. Andrew is a leader in the establishment of a statewide professional badging system that documents student learning in both non-credit and credit-bearing environments at all New Hampshire Community Colleges.

He is an avid supporter of digital learning documentation of learning and increasing the utility of digital assets for students and for institutions, supporting this work on his own campus as an academic officer. Andrew believes that in higher education we have a responsibility to connect our students with the meaning and value of their educational pathways as the educational impact aligns with industry needs.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Fisher holds a Doctor of Education in Supervision, Curriculum Development and Instructional Leadership, as well as a Master of Science in Higher Education Teaching from Texas A&M University-Commerce. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of North Texas.
