Current Position and Past Experience
Zoe MacLeod has served at Royal Roads University since 2001 and is currently Dean, Partnerships and Professional Learning. Previously, she was Associate Vice President of Professional and Continuing Studies; previously, she was Director of Professional and Continuing Studies, Director of the Centre for Coaching and Workplace Innovation and Director of the Centre for Applied Leadership and Management, among other roles. Prior, she was on the faculty of the Department of Business Entrepreneurship and Technology at Selkirk College from 1997-2000.

She is also the Vice Chair of the Accreditation Advisory Committee at International Coaching Federation.

Education, Honors and Achievements
MacLeod holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organization Development and Change and Master of Arts in Human development from Fielding Graduate University, and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University.
