Current Position and Past Experience
Dr. Will Roberts has worked in higher education student affairs, academic affairs, and institutional effectiveness roles since 2001. Dr. Roberts has been Director of Outcomes Assessment at Nebraska Methodist College since September 2019, working with academic and student affairs leadership to improve student outcomes. Previously, he was Dean of Students at the college. Prior, he was Coordinator of Graduate Student Services at University of Nebraska Medical Center and spent over nine years at Arizona State University serving in academic advising roles, including six years as Director of Academic Services at ASU’s Barrett Honors College.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Dr. Roberts holds a Doctor of Education in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University, a Master of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vassar College.
Personal Details and Community Involvement
Dr. Roberts serves as a Higher Learning Commission peer reviewer, participates in local civic engagement activities and has previously served as a school board member. He enjoys playing golf and baking sourdough bread. He lives in Omaha with his wife and son.
