Current Position and Past Experience
Tom Morgan is the Assistant Vice President of Undergraduate Admissions at Clark University. He has built a career spanning undergraduate admissions, transfer enrollment, and strategic admissions initiatives. In his current role, he contributes to the university’s undergraduate admissions efforts and enrollment strategy. He also serves as Treasurer of the New England Transfer Association.

Morgan has held several progressively responsible positions at Clark University, including Director of Admissions for Strategic Initiatives, Associate Director of Admissions, and Senior Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions. Earlier in his career, he worked at Northeastern University as a Transfer Credit Specialist and Admissions Assistant. His professional background also includes roles as an Admissions Assistant at The New England School of English, Head Teacher and TOEFL Specialist at Boston Life, English Teacher at Target International School Center, and Head Native Teacher and Curriculum Coordinator at The 120s Club.

Morgan holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Dickinson College and a Master of Education (MEd) in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University.
