Robert Steffler serves as Chief Technology Officer at ECPI University, where he leads technology strategy and enterprise transformation. A results-focused executive and trusted advisor to CEOs and company presidents, he brings extensive experience solving complex business and technology challenges and leading high-impact initiatives across AI, data analytics, digital strategy, and enterprise transformation.

Prior to joining ECPI University, Steffler held senior technology, data, analytics, and information leadership roles at Vontier, Neiman Marcus, JCPenney, PepsiCo, and Glazer’s Distributors. Earlier in his career, he held consulting and analytical roles with Deloitte Consulting and Accenture.

Throughout his career, Steffler has led transformative technology and data initiatives across a diverse range of industries, including higher education, retail, consumer packaged goods, industrial, franchise, and financial services. He is recognized for building high-performing teams, translating technology strategy into measurable business impact, and delivering enterprise-wide solutions that support organizational growth and innovation.

Education, Honors, and Achievements
Steffler holds a Bachelor of Science in Radiological Health Engineering and a Master of Science in Safety Engineering, both from Texas A&M University.

His professional achievements include leading enterprise-wide transformations involving AI, data analytics, business intelligence, marketing technology, and digital strategy.
