Current Position and Past Experience
Dr. Raquel Bermejo is currently the Director of Thought Leadership at Encoura. A seasoned researcher and educator, Raquel’s background includes over a decade of teaching Spanish at the K-12 level, during which she developed curriculum and collaborated with administrators to enhance language education. Raquel has been teaching graduate-level courses in the College of Education at Purdue Global for over 18 years. Working with current and future teachers and administrators keeps her grounded in the realities of the classroom.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Raquel holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in linguistics from the Universidad de Salamanca, a Master of Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from Ashland University, and a Doctorate in Education.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Raquel’s community involvement includes volunteering with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where she has been recognized for creative fundraising initiatives.
