Current Position and Past Experience
Nicolas Graf has been Associate Dean at New York University since January 2018. He is also a Clinical Professor and Jonathan M. Tisch Chair in Hospitality Management at NYU. Graf is a Founding Member and Advisor at TAMS Incubator. Previously, he was Provost and Chief Academic Officer at Les Roches Bluche Global Hospitality. Prior, he was Chief Executive Officer at École Ducasse and spent five years on the faculty at ESSEC Business School.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Graf holds a Doctorate in Business from Virginia Tech, and a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from EHL Group.
