Current Position and Past Experience
Natalie Gebicke is the Director of Career and Transfer Services at Mohave College. In this role, she leads career services initiatives, develops employer partnerships, and creates programs that support student career readiness and engagement. She launched and scaled career services at the college, establishing foundational programming, building partnerships with more than 40 employers, and leading high-impact hiring and engagement initiatives. Her work has been published and reflects a commitment to thoughtful, data-informed innovation.

Natalie brings more than 27 years of experience in higher education spanning student affairs operations, academic advising administration, and career services. Her experience includes large-scale student service environments, cross-divisional collaboration, and developing programs that strengthen student engagement, persistence, and career readiness.

Prior to joining Mohave College, Natalie served as Coordinator of Housing Services at California State University, Chico, where she spent 13 years in progressively responsible roles supporting residence life operations, large campus events, marketing and recruitment initiatives, and student support programs, including off-campus housing and food access. She also served in academic advising and guided pathways leadership roles for six years, focusing on student success strategies and improving service delivery models. Throughout her career, Natalie has been recognized for collaborative leadership, operational excellence, and developing student-centered systems that promote belonging and long-term success.

Education, Honors, and Achievements
Natalie earned a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from California State University, Chico.

Throughout her career, she has successfully built innovative student services, expanded employer and community partnerships, and implemented programs that improve student outcomes and career readiness. Her published work on career services innovation reflects her commitment to advancing student success through collaboration, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys traveling throughout Arizona, discovering museums and local history, and exploring the unique communities that make each place distinct. She volunteers with Lasagna Love, preparing meals for neighbors in need, and is a regular blood donor through Vitalant. An avid writer and lifelong learner, she enjoys exploring innovative approaches to leadership, student success, and career development.
