Current Position and Past Experience
Nancy Pratt has been Executive Director of the Division of Continuing and Extended Education at Cleveland State University since May 2018, where she launched the Office of Workforce Development in 2020. Previously, she was Executive Director, Office of Continuing Legal Education and Master's Degrees at Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Pratt will complete a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education from Cleveland State University in 2025. Previously, she completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Ethical and Creative Leadership from Union Institute & University. She also holds a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Hiram College and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Philosophy from Case Western Reserve University where she was awarded two experiential fellowships. One to study Arabic in Cairo, Egypt; one to study grassroots peacemaking in Jerusalem.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Outside of work and studies, Pratt spends a lot of her time with her two dogs, Harry, a Husky Poodle mix, and Bob, an Airedale Terrier. She also enjoys traveling and has been to every country in North Africa except for Libya—though she tried. Pratt is also an avid blogger.
