Current Position and Past Experience
Naima Wells is currently the Executive Director of Operational Impact and Success at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University; previously, she served as Director of Administrative Assessment. Previously, she served for 10 years at the University of South Alabama, first as Research Coordinator before transitioning into the roles of Institutional Effectiveness Coordinator and Associate Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Wells holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Instructional Design and Development from the University of South Alabama. She also earned a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Business Administration from Troy University.
