Current Position and Past Experience
Michelle Naylor has been working in the department of Continuing Education at NorQuest College since December 2021. She started as Manager of Business Development given her extensive leadership experience and her background in sales, marketing and client relationships. Michelle currently oversees the department, managing the areas of business development, industry partnerships, new program launches and operations. Previous to working at NorQuest College, Michelle had a successful career of over 30 years in the healthcare industry. She held roles in sales management, training and was responsible for significant revenue generation and key account management. In 2021, Michelle decided it was time for a big change and brought her extensive experience to the Post Secondary Continuing Education sector. It’s been an amazing learning experience she’s never looked back!

Education, Honors and Achievements
Naylor holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Pharmacology, both from University of Alberta.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially if it’s over food! More recently she’s become obsessed with sourdough breadmaking. She tries to stay active through hiking, jogging and exercise classes, a must do if you eat as much sourdough bread as you bake!
