Current Position and Past Experience
Michael Marshall has served as Vice President for Enrollment & Student Success at Goucher College since July 2024. Previously, he was Vice President for Enrollment, Marketing and Communication at Bellarmine University from 2019-2024, and was Associate Vice President for Enrollment Services at Clark Atlanta University from 2016-2019. Prior, he served at Texas Christian University in various roles, including Director of Chancellor’s Scholars Program Chief Government Affairs Officer, and various Admission leadership roles.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Marshall holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Texas Christian University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Mercyhurst University.

Michael is active in voluntary board service in the community and enjoys traveling the world with his wife, creating memorable experiences.
