Matthew Gunkel is currently CIO at the University of California Riverside and has been in this position since 2022. Prior, he was Chief Online Learning and Technology Officer at the University of Missouri System. He was also at Indiana University Bloomington for 12 years where he served as Director of Teaching and Learning Technology and Manager of Online Instructional Design and Development.
