As a faculty member of the Online Learning Consortium, supporting emerging leaders in online education, she further demonstrates her commitment to advancing the field. At Purdue's main campus, she successfully launched numerous online degrees and courses, collaborating with diverse stakeholders throughout the entire process. As Executive Director of UMOnline at the University of Montana, she provided visionary leadership for the university's online portfolio, developing strategies for a scalable and financially sustainable model that addressed diverse learner needs.
