Dr. Larry Parker II serves as the Director of Social and Cultural Engagement and Title IX Coordinator at Elmira College, with experience in student affairs, student success, and leadership development. His work focuses on creating meaningful student engagement opportunities in resource-conscious environments.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Dr. Parker holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, a master’s degree in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University, and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Outside of work, Larry enjoys leading the Light Leadership Academy, a free community program that supports high school students with college and career preparation. Each week, he work with students on resumes, applications, financial aid, and goal setting, helping to simplify processes that can often feel overwhelming.
