Current Position and Past Experience
James Gray is the Dean of the Mathematics Division at Pima Community College in Tucson, Arizona. Over the past 25 years, he has served as mathematics faculty, department chair, and academic administrator at community colleges in Arizona and Colorado. He has also worked with the Center for Urban Education at USC's Rossier School of Education, supporting colleges as they address racial inequities in student outcomes.
Education, Honors, and Achievements
Gray holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
