Current Position and Past Experience
Heather Pritchard is the Assistant Director of Academic Affairs and University Registrar at Muskingum University. In this role, she provides leadership in academic administration, student records, and institutional processes that support student success and academic excellence. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Muskingum University, contributing to student learning in the classroom.
Prior to her current positions, Heather worked in enrollment management and student recruitment, serving as a Graduate Recruiter at Malone University and as Assistant Director of Admissions at Brown Mackie College. Earlier in her career, she spent 15 years as a ballet teacher, developing a strong foundation in education, mentorship, and student development that continues to inform her approach to leadership in higher education.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Management from the University of Akron and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Malone University.
