Current Position and Past Experience
Eric Sembrat is currently Director of Digital Learning Technologies at Georgia Institute of Technology and has been in the position since February 2023. He also serves as a Board Member for Digital Collegium. Previously, he held several positions at Georgia Tech from Web Developer to Web Manager. Prior, he was Drupal Project Manager at Kennesaw State University.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Sembrat holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University. He also holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Sembrat volunteers at a large cohort of organizations, including Digital Collegium, UPCEA, EDUCAUSE, and OLC. He spends his free time with creative endeavors, including composing plunderphonics (music created entirely from audio samples).
