Elania Jackson is the Vice President of Enrollment Management, Marketing, and Communications at Concordia University Texas. She leads the university’s integrated strategy for enrollment growth, marketing, and communications, with a focus on aligning vision, strategy, and purpose to advance institutional success and student opportunity.

Jackson’s career spans higher education, nonprofit leadership, healthcare, media, and creative strategy, and is defined by work at the intersection of leadership, communication, and opportunity. She believes meaningful change happens when people are connected to the resources, relationships, and experiences that enable them to thrive, and she brings that philosophy into every aspect of her work—from enrollment strategy and brand development to partnership building and organizational leadership.

Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Managing Director at Fahrenheit Creative Group, where she led strategic communications and marketing initiatives for a wide range of clients. She also held leadership roles as Director of Communications at Hope Enterprise Corporation, Director of Development and Marketing at the Mississippi Children’s Museum, and Marketing and Communications Director for the American Heart Association. Earlier in her career, she worked as a producer and reporter in media, developing a strong foundation in storytelling and public engagement.

Across these roles, Jackson has consistently focused on helping individuals and organizations realize their potential, building teams, partnerships, and strategies that translate ideas into action and vision into measurable impact.

Education, Honors, and Achievements
Jackson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications/Media Studies and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Belhaven University. She earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and completed the Exponential Fundraising program at Harvard Kennedy School.

She is a reflective leader who values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning, and is energized by growth in both individuals and organizations.
