Derk Riechers is currently Vice President of Academic Affairs at Northeastern Technical College; previously, he was Online College Director. Prior, he served six years at Florence-Darlington Technical College as an instructor and Executive Director, South Carolina Virtual College of FDTC.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Riechers earned a Doctor of Education in Higher Education, Teaching and Learning from Brenau University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Capella University, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development & Leadership and Management from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Francis Marion University.
