Current Position and Past Experience
David Dodd is currently the Vice President of Information Technology at the Stevens Institute for Technology. He is also the Chief Information Officer at the University. He has held these positions since 2012.

Prior to joining the University, Dodd served as Vice President for Information Resources and Chief information Officer at Xavier University. Dodd also served as Vice Chancellor for Information Technology and CIO at the University of South Carolina Upstate and as Executive Director of Information Technology at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Dodd presents and writes extensively on IT and higher education.

Dodd is currently completing a PhD focusing on the use of business intelligence and analytics in institutional effectiveness.
