Current Position and Past Experience
Angel Perez was recently named CEO of the National Association for College Admission Counseling. Prior, he spent five years at Trinty College in Hartford serving in roles such as Vice President for Enrollment and Student Success, as well as Faculty in Educational Studies. In 2007, Perez was Vice President and Dean of Pitzer College for five years, before working at the University of California in Los Angeles as a course instructor for another 12 years.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Perez holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education from Claremont Graduate University, a Master of Arts in Higher Education from Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Government and Social Work from Skidmore College. In 2018, Perez earned a certificate in Higher Education Pedagogy from Harvard University.
