Current Position and Past Experience
Abhijeet Dalal is Assistant Director of Learning Solutions at Northeastern University, where he leads online learning operations and instructional innovation at scale. His work spans course delivery and strategy, instructional design and technology, faculty partnership, digital badging, and large-scale resource management. He has experience overseeing complex academic initiatives, improving operational effectiveness, and supporting high-quality online learning experiences for students and faculty across large course ecosystems.

Prior to his current role, Dalal served as Senior Learning Architect, Senior Learning Experience Designer, and Content Development Specialist at Northeastern University.

Education, Honors, and Achievements
Dalal holds a Doctor of Education in Education Policy, Organization and Leadership, with a concentration in Learning Design and Leadership, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He also earned a Specialist in Education in Learning Design and Technology from the University of Georgia, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in AI Applications from Northeastern University, a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
