Current Position and Past Experience
Since 2015, Robin Mamlet has served as Senior Partner and Managing Director of the Education Practice at Witt/Kieffer. She has been with the executive search firm since 2005, conducting leadership searches at institutions across the postsecondary space.
A national leader on access and diversity recruitment, Robin came to Witt/Kieffer after 23 years in academic administration, most recently as dean of admission and financial aid at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. She also served as a senior officer at Swarthmore College in Swarthmore, PA; Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, NY; and The Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville, NJ. Prior to that, Robin worked at Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA and Pomona College in Claremont, CA.
Mamlet is the co-author of
College Admission: From Application to Acceptance, Step by Step. A writer and frequent speaker on education, career paths and talent development, Robin has been published in the
New York Times,
Wall Street Journal and
Washington Post.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Mamlet earned her BA in English Language and Literature from Occidental College.
