Lindsay Vance, Ed.D., serves as Executive Director of Instructional Design at San Diego State University Global Campus. She leads instructional designers and media production specialists in creating innovative, people-first learning experiences that integrate technology and learning science to advance student success.

With over 15 years of leadership experience in education, Lindsay has directed large-scale digital transformations, curriculum design initiatives, and faculty development programs at institutions such as UCLA Extension and the College of the Desert. Lindsay has also served as a research specialist at the University of Southern California, focusing on cutting-edge immersive technologies for serious gaming and technology-assisted learning.

Her doctoral research at UCLA focused on inclusive faculty onboarding practices, and her work continues to center on building collaborative teams and designing educational environments that are engaging, equitable, and inspiring.
