Karen Vignare has served at Association of Public and Land Grant Universities since 2017 and is currently Vice President of Digital Transformation for Student Success; previously, she was Executive Director of the Personalized Learning Consortium. She is also the CEO and Founder of KV Consulting. Prior, she served three years as Vice Provost of the Center for Innovation in Learning & Student Success at University of Maryland Global Campus and nearly eight years as Director of MSU Global at Michigan State University.

Vignare holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Technology and Education and an Education Specialist degree in Computer Technology for Education from Nova Southeastern University, and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing/Public Policy from University of Rochester – Simon Business School.
