Josh Hoen is the Interim CEO and the Chief Advancement Officer at One Million Degrees. Previously, he spent over 13 years at Teach for America in several roles, including Vice President of External Affairs and Chief Operating Officer of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana.

Hoen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Notre Dame.

Outside work, Josh can be found cycling, reading and exploring Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods with his husband Blair and goldendoodle John.
