Felice D. Billups, Ed.D., is a professor in the Educational Leadership doctoral program at Johnson and Wales University (JWU) in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Billups teaches courses in the Nature of Higher Education, Organizational Theory and Behavior in Higher Education, and doctoral research methods courses, specializing in qualitative and mixed methods research applications. Prior to joining the faculty at JWU, Dr. Billups served as a senior administrator for several private institutions, directing programs in strategic planning, institutional research, regional and specialized accreditation, academic program review, and as an interim chief institutional advancement officer.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Billups holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Vanderbilt University. She also has a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Rhode Island College and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts History from Tufts University.
