Current Position and Past Experience
Connor Biggs is a Business Analyst in Northeastern University's Experiential Digital Global Education (EDGE) unit, where he helps organizations upskill their workforce, improve employee retention, and build stronger talent pipelines. Within EDGE, he uses labor market data and skills mapping to identify workforce skill gaps and anticipate emerging industry needs.
Connor works closely with businesses to recommend customized courses, certificates, and degree programs aligned with organizational goals and workforce requirements. His approach combines B2B strategy and partnership development to create education solutions that support organizational competitiveness, growth, and long-term workforce development.
Prior to his current role, Connor served as a Project Manager at Northeastern University.
Education, Honors, and Achievements
Connor holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in AI Applications and a Master of Science in Project Management with a concentration in Project Business Analysis, both from Northeastern University. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Delaware, with a minor in Business Administration.
