Current Position and Past Experience
Kathie Little is currently the Senior Adviser, Student Aid Policy at the College Board, where she works within the Advocacy and Policy Center. She has been at the College Board since 1986, and previous to this position, she held the position of Executive Director, Financial Aid Services. She came to the College Board from her position as Director of Financial Aid at the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Kathie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University. While in California, she served as president of the California and Western Associations of Student Financial Aid Administrators.

Kathie lives in Reston, Virginia with her husband Bart and their two border collies.
