Permissions

1: By submitting an article, you give The EvoLLLution®,1 and Modern Campus a nonexclusive and irrevocable license in perpetuity to republish or repurpose the article or any other submitted or approved materials in print, online, through syndication, or in any other form, manner, format, or medium, whether now known or hereafter developed, directly or through others, and to include the article in electronic archives and databases.

2: The EvoLLLution® has exclusive right to any submitted content for 30 days from publication.

2.1: Contributors may distribute their own content after the 30 day post-publishing period has expired. Further, contributors may distribute their own articles and interviews so long as the link to the original article on The EvoLLLution® is included.

3: Website visitors may use The EvoLLLution®’s content online and solely for personal, non-commercial use. This permits linking to and discussing content on social media. Additionally, website visitors may print or download a single copy of any portion of The EvoLLLution®’s content for personal, non-commercial use provided that trademarks, copyrights and/or other notices contained in the content are not removed.

3.1: No other use is permitted unless otherwise expressly permitted by The EvoLLLution®. Website visitors may not, for example, republish full articles from The EvoLLLution on any Internet, Intranet or Extranet site or incorporate the content in any database, compilation, archive or cache unless otherwise expressly permitted by The EvoLLLution®.

3.2: Just as The EvoLLLution®’s articles will from time to time excerpt materials from other sources in order to support the various commentaries and writings contained herein, we respect the right of others to make “fair use” of the materials contained on The EvoLLLution®. Accordingly, website visitors may from time to time excerpt and use materials set forth on this The EvoLLLution® consistent with the principles of “fair use,” so long as a link and appropriate credit are also provided.

4: Website visitors may not republish any content created for The EvoLLLution®, whether or not for payment or other consideration. Website visitors also may not modify, copy, frame, reproduce, sell, publish, transmit, display or otherwise use any portion of the Content without securing the prior written consent of The EvoLLLution®.

4.1: The EvoLLLution® always prefers that website visitors and other organizations link to articles on The EvoLLLution® rather than reproducing them online. Permission is not required for linking.

5.1: In any instance of permission being granted for articles to be syndicated, appropriate credit both to the article author and The EvoLLLution®must always be given. Additionally, a link back to the original post must be included in most cases.
