Conference Manager Wait Lists

Destiny One now supports the ability to configure and manage wait lists for conferences.  Highlights of the feature include:

• Ability for staff to configure and accept wait list registrations into packages, add-ons, and sessions.
• Supports wait list registrations from both individual and group-based registration flows, and from both the Staff View and the conference registration site.
• Ability for staff to manage wait lists, issue invitations, generate reports.
• Ability for staff to brand wait list related pages and content on the conference registration site.
• Ability for participants to manage and register from a wait list through the participant portal.
• Added new email templates to support conference wait list invitations and modified existing templates to consider wait list registrations.

Seat Reservations

Destiny One now supports reserving seats for course sections and conferences. This reservation process allows for seats to be assigned to un-named students during the checkout flow. The typical usage of this feature will be to hold a block of seats in an offering (course section or conference package) tied to an individual or group payor. Highlights of this feature include:

• Ability to configure each course section to be optionally available for seat reservation.
• Ability to configure each conference package to be optionally available for seat reservation.
• For each section and package, optionally define a separate revenue account to track unclaimed seat reservation revenue.
• Through the Staff View, allow staff users to reserve seats for a configured section (instead of registering named students).
• Through the Staff View, allow staff users to claim previously reserved seats for named students.
• Through the Public View, allow students to reserve seats for configured sections, without naming individual students.
• Through the Corporate Admin Portal, allow administrators to reserve seats for configured sections, without naming individual members and allow administrators to claim previously reserved seats for named members.
• Through the Conference Registration site, allow registrants to reserve seats for configured packages (instead of registering named participants).

Staff View Installment Plans

We added the ability to create installment plan definitions and have them applied at the time of settlement for Staff View purchases of Sections, Bundles, or Program Offerings.  An installment plan consists of an initial deposit amount, followed by a predetermined number of equal installments to be paid over a recurring period. In this release, installment plan payments must be applied manually by the purchaser or by staff. In a future release, we will be adding automation of installment plan payments with selected payment processors. Additionally, in this release, Installment Plans may only be applied to staff-mediated checkouts; in a future release they will be available on selected Public View checkout flows.

Conference Name Tags and Tent Cards

It is now possible to generate name tags and tent cards for conference participants through the Conference Manager > Conference > View Reports page in Destiny One. The report can include the name of all or a selected list of conference participants, along with a conference logo image.

New Filter and Search Options on Group Enrollment History

We added a Student Filter field on the Group's Enrolled Courses and Historical Courses pages to help narrow search results. You can search by a student's first name, last name, or X number.

Destiny Connect Series 25Live^TM Pro Integration

Destiny One can now integrate with Series 25Live Pro software provided by CollegeNet™ Inc. 25Live Pro enables scheduling professionals to manage event scheduling as well as manage the scheduling of ad hoc courses and resources and facilities.
