Current Position and Past Experience
Susan Farber is currently an Advisory Board Member with Profology. This followed her time as an online instructor and course developer for the Medical Education M.Ed. Program at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

Farber spent time as a Facilitator for IQPC and, from 2005-2010, served as an Instructional Designer and Teacher Educator at the University of Cincinnati.

Since 2008, Farber has been a Member the Association for Educational Communications and Technology ( AECT), specifically, the Teacher Education Division, Systemic Change Division, and the Research and Theory Division of this professional organization. Since 2011, Susan has served as a member of the Leadership Development Committee of AECT. The focus of AECT is to improve learning through the diffusion of scholarship of and the provision of sustainable opportunities for instructional designers to collaborate and exchange frameworks, theories and strategies to implement effective instructional resources for a variety of learning environments, within industry and educational settings.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Susan is married and whose two children are young adults (one who recently entered the work force as a paralegal, and one who is in college). Susan invests her free time in creative food preparation, gardening, and volunteer work to help people in her community
