Current Position and Past Experience
Sarah Lang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Sciences at Ohio State University. She has been an employee of Ohio State University since 2003, starting as an Early Childhood Specialist, teaching infants and toddlers in the university’s laboratory school. Other positions include Curriculum Coordinator for the College of Education and Human Ecology, Associate Director of Research and Professional Development as well as the Director of the DoD Child Development Virtual Lab School.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Lang holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio State University as well as a master’s in Human Ecology. In 2014, she received a PhD in Human Development and Family Science from Ohio State University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Lang is a lover of new adventures and good stories. She enjoys travel, hip hop dance classes, live music, hiking in the woods, and attempting to be a foodie. She has served on the board for a non-profit childcare center and it passionate about researching and advocating for early childhood professionals.
