Current Position and Past Experience
Russ Poulin is the Director of Policy, Analysis and Strategic Alliances at WICHE Cooperative for Educational Technologies (WCET). In this position, he conducts WCET’s national policy and research activities and edits WCET’s Frontiers blog. Prior to this, Russ spent five years at North Dakota University System, first as Director of North Dakota Interactive Video Network and later as Distance Education Director. In 2014, Poulin represented the distance education community in the U.S. Department of Education Negotiated Rulemaking process.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Russ Poulin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Economics from University of Colorado Denver, and a Master’s in Statistics and Research Methodology from University of Northern Colorado.
