Richard Dixon is the Program Director for Leadership and Management Development at Athabasca University.
Previously, Dixon was the CEO and Executive Director of the Regulatory and Strategic Affairs Centre, where he provided insight and expertise into the energy, environmental, and self-regulation fields.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Dixon is earning a Ph. D. from Walden University in Philosophy, specializing in Strategic Management and Ethics.
He also has an MBA from the University of Alberta in Natural Resources, Energy, and the Environment.
Personal Details and Community Involvement
Dixon was a board member of the Referee Development Committee for the Alberta Soccer Association and a soccer referee. He spearheaded the use of online educational tools that were later adopted by the Canadian Soccer Association.
