Current Position and Past Experience
Appointed Senior Program Manager of Diversity, Inclusion & Outreach, Corporate Engineering at Google in April 2016, Natalie Van Kleef Conley is responsible for conceiving and developing Google’s IT Support Professional Certificate, a first-of-its-kind, six-course program that will prepare learners for entry-level roles in IT support with top employers.
Prior to this, Van Kleef Conley was Program Manager for the IT Residency Program, an L&D-focused program that staffs the majority of Google’s internal support function worldwide. She conceived and built the Google Year-Up Scholarship for low-income young adults, enabling those in Google’s Year Up program to get an Associate’s degree in IT, and developed connective pathways between the Year Up Program, Google internships, and Google’s full-time IT Residency Program.
Prior to joining Google in 2012, Van Kleef Conley was Assistant Director of Admissions for Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Van Kleef Conley holds a Masters of Education in Higher Education from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education, and a BA from Boston College.
Personal Details and Community Involvement
Van Kleef Conley lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts with her husband, two-year-old son, Cameron, and rescue dog, Moose. She loves family time on the beach, traveling, and baking.
