Current Position and Past Experience
Kim Round is currently Associate Dean in the Teacher’s College at Western Governors University. Previously, she was Program Chair for Instructional Design and Learning Technology. She has also served as an instructor at Havard University Extension School and Brandeis University. Prior, she was at Saint Anselm College for seven years serving as Director of Instructional Technology and Design and Lecturer. She also was Chief Information Officer at Merrimack College and Executive Director of Online Solutions and Technology at Kaplan Higher Education.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Round holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computing Technology in Education and a Education Specialist degree from Nova Southeastern University. She also has a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Merrimack College.
Personal Details and Community Involvement
Kim is celebrating thirty five years married to her best friend. They have two grown sons and live with their sweet golden retriever in rural New Hampshire. In addition, she is a musician and enjoys playing in a country/folk/rock band.
