Current Position and Past Experience
Karina Lin-Murphy is currently Manager of Faculty Development at Harvard University and has been with the institution since 2015, with previous roles as a learning designer and faculty development specialist. She is also the Co-Chair of the Harvard Initiative for Learning and Teaching’s Learning Affinity Group. She has also served as a multimedia production assistant at Harvard. She currently teaches Designing Online Courses at Harvard Extension School.

Karina holds a Master of Education in Technology, Innovation and Education from Harvard University Graduate School of Education and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University. She also holds a certificate in Front-End Web Development from Harvard Extension School.
Personal Details and Community Involvement
Karina enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 cats, Nora and Martha. She dabbles in embroidery, crafting, drawing, and failed baking experiments.
