Current Position and Past Experience
Karen Hlinka is a Professor of Biological Sciences at West Kentucky Community and Technical College. From 2005-2018, Hlinka served as Dean of the Science and Mathematics division at WKCTC, and from 2018-2019 she served as the college's Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Hlinka holds an Ed.D. in Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation from the University of Kentucky and an M.S. in Physiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She earned her B.S. in Biology from Murray State University.
