Kara Eldersveld is currently Director of Marketing and Enrollment Strategy in the Glasscock School of Continuing Studies at Rice University and has been with the institution since 2018. Previously, she was the Director of Marketing and Communications. She is also Interim Marketing Director of Rice Online. Prior to Rice, Eldersveld was Director of Brand Strategy at The Black Sheep Agency, LLC. She was also at Digital Kitchen for 12 years, serving in roles such as Account Director, Director of New Business and Producer.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Kara is a proud mom of Evie (4) and Hank (2). They love to go for runs together and eat blueberry muffins afterwards! Eldersveld also actively serves on two advisory boards and is a volunteer for nonprofit Todays Harbor for Children which has been a champion for neglected children in Houston for more than 70 years.
