Current Position and Past Experience
James Womack is currently the Program Coordinator for the Competency-Based Criminal Justice Program in the College of Innovation and Design at Texas A&M University-Commerce. He is also a Sexual Assault and Family Violence Instructor at the Texas Municipal Police Association. Prior, he was with the Paris Police Department for 19 years serving in many different roles.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Womack holds an Associateās Degree in Criminal Justice and another in General Education from Paris Junior College. He has a Bachelorās Degree in Business and Technology, as well as a Masterās Degree in Applied Criminology from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Womack is also a graduate of law-enforcement management Institute of Texas (LEMIT) Leadership Command College.
