Current Position and Past Experience
Jen Morris is an Executive Coach and Job Search Strategist. She is the founder of Career Inspo and the Fast Start Formula. She is also a Career Services Consultant and Trainer and has provided job search coaching throughout her lengthy career in recruitment and executive leadership.
Recently Jen partnered with Champlain College Online to provide students with the Fast Start Formula Career Course which includes the four pillars of her Fast Start Formula — Get Focused, Get Branded, Get Noticed and Get Hired.
Prior to starting Career Inspo, she was at C2 Education where she oversaw recruitment as the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Jen Morris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Delaware. She has been a featured speaker throughout the country presenting on career readiness, job search, and effective networking strategies.
Personal Details and Community Involvement
Outside of assisting job seekers, Jen is a mom of two and an avid Peloton rider (leaderboard name: BlueHen_Jen). She can often be found cruising around So Cal beaches with her Frenchie, Zoe Smalls “The Intern.”
