Current Position and Past Experience
Ivy Love is a Policy Analyst with the Center on Education & Skills (CESNA) within the Education Policy program at New America, a position she has held since October 2017. Her research sits at the intersection of higher education and workforce development, with a particular focus on community colleges. Prior to this, she worked as a Policy Analyst at the Association of Community College Trustees, where she co-authored reports on financial aid and student success and federal-state partnerships in workforce development. Love got her start in education policy as an intern with the higher education team at New America.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Ivy Love holds an MA from the University of Sheffield (UK), a BA from Missouri Southern State University, and is a PhD candidate in higher education administration at Saint Louis University.
