Current Position and Past Experience
Hei Fok is a Program Development Strategist in California State University, Sacramento’s College of Continuing Education. In this role, Fok plans and develops open enrollment and contract training programs within the College, recruits instructors, and extends professional development and education opportunities. He also does resource planning and fiscal analyses for his unit to determine methodologies, systems and steps to achieve specific programmatic goals.
Prior to working at California State University, Sacramento, Fok was an Instructional Assistant at Sacramento City College.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Hei Fok holds an M.A. and a B.A. in Art Studio as well as a B.S. in Business Operations Management from California State University, Sacramento. He earned an A.A. in Science, Mathematics and Engineering from Sacramento City College and attended the Chinese University of Hong Kong for Accounting.

Fok enjoys spending most of this time outside of work on making paintings and spending time with his husband.
