Current Position and Past Experience
Dustin Bessette is currently pursuing his Doctoral Degree at the National Graduate School. Prior to this, Bessette served as the Regional Water Safety Coordinator with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYSOPRHP), where he was responsible for the training and conditioning of his employees. Dustin has also been an Academic Researcher with the Intelectbase International Consortium for two years and he has been an Intern in the United States Senate since December 2011.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Dustin earned his AS from Columbia Greene Community College in 2008. He completed his Bachelor of Science from Marylhurst University in 2010 in the Advanced Online Program (AOP) after earning his New York State Real Estate License in 2009. He expects to earn his MBA in Green Development from Marylhurst University in 2012 and plans to complete his Doctor of Business Administration at the National Graduate School in 2014 as he just begun his program in March of this year.

Bessette is also a certified American Red Cross Instructor who is able to teach and condition many classes across the United States.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Dustin brings the benefit of over eight years of combined experiences in administrative advising duties, training, management, sales, employee recognition, professional certification teaching, and accountable scheduling. One of his largest career desires has been to work for a progressing organization with a leadership structure that is abundant with individuals from whom he can learn from and partner with, while he uses his graduate education to sufficiently contribute, inspire coworkers, and provide outstanding service to internal and external customers. Bessette wants to work in an environment where his colleagues support, help, and positively encourage each other towards sufficient organizational goals. His only interest is in moving to an environment where he can make a long term commitment and make a difference with his efforts.
